Inclusive organisations provide every one a place to thrive.
EGALVIA offers you customised training and long-term support.
A year after the Brexit vote, 60% UK school staff reported they had witnessed racial bullying (Diana Award, 2017).
I created EGALVIA because racism and other forms of discrimination keep impacting negatively young people and adults’ lives.

EGALVIA AND ME
Rosa is a passionate educator who has been working in improving learning and teaching, both as a teacher and as a manager during the last ten years. Driven by her commitment to tackle racial and gender discrimination and breaking biases and prejudices, Rosa founded the social enterprise EGALVIA to support organisations with anti-bias training to shift mindsets, and services to develop long-term strategies to address inequality.
In January 2020, she launched EGALVIA and shortly after, she provided anti-bias workshops at schools and organisations (both, face-to-face and online). Her signature offer Inclusion to Connect / Connect to Inclusion combines training and long-term support to break biases and become more inclusive at work. You have more information here

Community Manager, Town Square Spaces
"Rosa ran an Anti-Bias workshop for our Startup Club as part of a series on Inclusion. The session was dynamic from the beginning and ... I felt safe to give my opinions and reflect during the time we had together. I found the session incredibly insightful, particularly while discussing those in our 'circle of trust'... the workshop did open my eyes as to how important it is to think about our biases and be more aware of them.
I cannot recommend Rosa's training highly enough and am looking forward to her next session with us at Town Square.
