I created EGALVIA because racism and other forms of discrimination keep impacting negatively young people and adults’ lives.

I am a relentless optimist who still believes we can change the world.


As a qualified educator, I have strived to improve learning and teaching in a variety of settings. Aware that not all children have a positive experience at school and biases keep impacting working environments, I launched the social enterprise, EGALVIA.


My passion and commitment are on tackling the biases that can lead to racism, gender discrimination and any other form of discrimination.


I provide anti-bias workshops and ongoing support.

I focus on long-term transformation for charities, purpose-led businesses and companies committed to provide working environments where everyone can thrive.

My anti-bias workshops are offered within a path and a framework for long-term transformation. My signature offer ‘Inclusion to Connect - Connect to Inclusion’ combines training and ongoing support to break bias and move from awareness into action.

"Rosa ran an Anti-Bias workshop for our Startup Club as part of a series on Inclusion. The session was dynamic from the beginning and ... I felt safe to give my opinions and reflect during the time we had together. I found the session incredibly insightful, particularly while discussing those in our 'circle of trust'...  the workshop did open my eyes as to how important it is to think about our biases and be more aware of them.
