A year after the Brexit vote, 60% UK school staff reported they had witnessed racial bullying (Diana Award, 2017).
I created EGALVIA because racism and other forms of discrimination keep impacting negatively young people and adults’ lives.
HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
EGALVIA AND ME
I am a passionate educator who has been working in improving learning and teaching, both as a teacher and as a manager during the last ten years. Driven by her commitment to tackle racial and gender discrimination and breaking unfair structures, Rosa founded the social enterprise EGALVIA to support organisations with anti-bias training to shift mindsets, and services to develop long-term strategies to address inequality.
In January 2020, I launched EGALVIA and shortly after, I provided anti-bias workshops at schools and organisations (both, face-to-face and online). My signature offer Inclusion to Connect / Connect to Inclusion combines training and long-term support. You have more information here
