My programme for organisations provides not only customised unconscious bias training for your employees to trigger reflection and more mindful decisions, but also ongoing support. Since inclusion is a long journey, this programme provides you 6-month support that includes regular meetings to move your inclusion strategy forward.
Half a day of training to reflect on diversity and inclusion and how biases impact our professional settings. Delegates will gain clarity and understand how biases work, and move forward within the BREA|K| framework to break biases and create new patterns of behaviour.
